7/2020/2125 – Mr Paul Johnson has submitted an S73 amendment by variation of condition 2 (plans) on application ref 7/2016/2097 at 9 Grange Park, Keswick CA12 4AY, for an extension to the rear elevation of of the house, installation of a multi fuel burner flue, installation of windows, replacement of front door, and an addition to the balcony to side and rear elevation.
7/2020/2115 – Mr Nigel Stephenson has applied for planning permission for a proposed porch at Dowthwaite, Keswick, CA12 4LS.
7/2020/2123 – Mr Gillyon, Keswick Mountain Rescue Team, Lakeside car park, Lake Road, Keswick CA12 5DJ has submitted an S73 amendment to the car park layout and materials, condition 2 (plans) on application ref 7/2018/2118 – forming a new 2-storey dedicated family entrance, extension to vehicle bays and 2-storey garage and Silver Command office space with high ropes training area; reconfiguration of the adjacent public parking spaces and associated landscaping.
T/2020/0054 – Mr G Mason, 53 Calvert Way, Keswick CA12 4LZ has submitted a Tree Preservation Order: T1 – lime, pollard; T2 – sycamore, removal of 2 x horizontal limbs over gardens and 1 x single dead stem.
