The lockdown is being eased and soon Keswick will start to open. It is now Day 65 of Lockdown but in those 65 days some shops and businesses have continued to provide vital face-to-face services to the residents of Keswick.
On behalf of Keswick’s town council and its residents, I would like to thank them for providing their services at such a worrying time in all our lives. I apologise in advance if any have been left out. The council is of course concerned to ensure that the lockdown easing is done carefully.
Meanwhile we say “thank you” to all the staff who have kept the following businesses open: Barclays Bank; Booths; Boots; Braithwaite Farm; Brysons; Caterite; Chinty’s; Cohens Chemist; Co-op; Cumberland BS; Holland and Barrett; Hot Tram Roll; Jan’s Sandwich Shop; Kat’s Kitchen; Keswick Cheese Deli; Keswick Kitchen; Keswick Mini Market; Keswick Reminder; Lakeland Décor; Mama Mia; Open All Hours; Pizzeria Italia; Podgy Paws; Skipton BS; Spar – High Hill; Spar – Penrith Road; Spar – Shorley Lane; Star of Siam; The Cub; The Post Office; The Sultan of Keswick; Thomasons Butchers; Woodstone Pizza; Youdales.
